Jeffrey Glassman Named LA 500 Most Influential
For the third year in a row, Jeffrey L. Glassman has been named to the LA Business Journal’s LA 500 list, which honors the most influential leaders and executives in Los Angeles. Jeff’s distinguished career has spanned over 40 years during which he has had many accomplishments and accolades. Most recently Jeff and his wife Cecilia were honored by the Los Angeles Jewish Home for their work at The Home and in the Jewish Community.
Prior to joining Covington Capital Management, Jeff began his career as an attorney specializing in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. He was a principal at the law firm Riordan & McKinzie for 18 years and has been named to the LA Super Lawyers list several times. While at Covington, Jeff has helped grow the firm to over $3 billion dollars in assets under management. He is proud to have helped found several organizations that have become important fixtures in Los Angeles, including the Los Angeles Police Foundation, Los Angeles Sports and Entertainment Commission, and the Getty House Foundation. Next year Jeff will co-chair the Board of Alzheimer’s of Los Angeles.
